Hey, I'm Michelle.

I truly understand how all consuming, exhausting and relentless Emetophobia can be. I know exactly what it’s like to feel nauseous everyday and to have your life taken over by constant risk assessments about how likely that person, place, food, thing or event is to make you sick.

But most importantly I know exactly HOW to overcome it. This photo is me pregnant with my second child having once believed I could never become a mother because the notion of morning sickness was too much to comprehend.

Welcome to your 12-week immersive training experience. I have helped hundreds of clients overcome Emetophobia and with over 20 years of lived experience have created this innovative Emetophobia-Free workshop.

Workshop Days

01

Day 1

On Day 1 we dive straight into the common hurdles that people face when working to beat Emetophobia. We then systematically work through the powerful principles from the first half of the Emetophobia-Free manual. Each principle is brought to life; clear examples given, misconceptions challenged, and eye-opening self-insight is gained. We explore how to apply each principle in a step-by-step way, practise it together, and then give you the space to practise on your own. You will leave Day 1 empowered and motivated, armed with new self-insight, practical tools, a download of brand new resources and the full workshop slides.

Day 2

Day 2 builds on your momentum and takes everything to the next level. We begin by celebrating your wins and sharing ‘how’ you achieved them with the group. Research shows that when you teach others, you process information more deeply, organise it more clearly, and identify gaps in your knowledge, significantly strengthening your own understanding. Next we dive into the second half of the Emetophobia-Free manual in the same systematic step-by-step way experienced on Day 1. By the end of Day 2, you’ll have covered all the principles necessary to overcome your phobia and leave equipped with another full set of resources and workshop slides.

1:1

Finally, we come together for a powerful 60-minute 1:1 Zoom consolidation call - a dedicated space entirely focused on you. Over the 12-week workshop, we’ll have stayed closely connected through SimpleX, so I’ll already understand your journey, your breakthroughs, and your growth. This session is about bringing it all together. We celebrate how far you’ve come, acknowledge the strength and courage you’ve built, and, if applicable, gently fine-tune any final hurdles still standing in your way. If you are not already over Emetophobia by this point, you will leave this call knowing exactly what to do to get yourself there and it will just be a matter of time, dedication and consistency.
